029 Group SE: Publication of the half-year report 2024

Berlin, 27th September 2024. 029 Group SE (ISIN: DE000A2LQ2D0), a global hospitality and lifestyle platform, has published its half-year report for 2024. The company reports a net profit of EUR 703,212.44 for the first half of 2024, marking a significant turnaround from the EUR -378,646.17 reported in the same period last year. This positive outcome was mainly due to the successful sale of its Emerald Stay investment.

The report highlights achievements across the group's portfolio. Limestone Capital transformed a 55-room luxury hotel in Sardinia, now Aethos Sardinia, and progressed projects in Lisbon and Mallorca. They also led a €40 million Series A financing round for Myne Homes. Hotelbird expanded in the German market, acquiring new B2B clients and launching new services. TRIP became the 17th largest soft drink brand in the UK and recorded the fastest growth among the top 25 brands in value sales.

Managing Director Leon Sander commented: “Despite a challenging market, our portfolio companies showed strong resilience and progress. We remain cautiously optimistic and committed to sustainable growth.”
