1000mercis: Public withdrawal offer initiated by Positive YmpacT
On December 4, 2024, Positive YmpacT SAS officially launched a public withdrawal offer to acquire the shares of 1000mercis SA. This operation, detailed in an information note validated by the AMF, will conclude with a mandatory withdrawal of the shares not tendered. Each share is valued at 30 euros, and the duration of the offer is set at ten trading days.
Positive YmpacT acts in concert with Yseulys Costes and Thibaut Munier as initiators. The offer was rigorously supervised by the AMF, guaranteeing compliance and respect for the applicable legal provisions.
