2024 Annual General Meeting of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG
The 37th ordinary Annual General Meeting of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG has voted to pay a dividend of €0.90 per share for the 2023/24 financial year, maintaining the previous year's dividend. AGRANA continues its policy of providing predictable and transparent dividends, considering the group's results, cash flow, debt situation, and future business outlook.
The Management Board, including CEO Stephan Büttner, Norbert Harringer, and Stephan Meeder, along with the Supervisory Board members, were relieved of their responsibilities for the 2023/24 financial year.
The AGM appointed KPMG Austria GmbH as the auditor for the 2024/25 financial year. CEO Stephan Büttner outlined the "Next Level" corporate strategy focusing on leveraging AGRANA’s expertise in agricultural raw materials and expanding into new markets with innovative food and beverage solutions.
