2024 Annual General Meeting of TeamViewer SE: Shareholders Elect New Supervisory Board Member

Goppingen, June 07, 2024: At TeamViewer SE's Annual General Meeting, 57.28% of the share capital was represented. Held as a virtual meeting, shareholders could directly interact and ask questions live.

All agenda items were approved, including the appointment of Dr. Joachim (Joe) Heel as a new independent member of the Supervisory Board for a four-year term. Heel replaces Stefan Dziarski, who resigned in December 2023.

Oliver Steil, CEO, stated that TeamViewer remains financially strong with good growth, attractive profitability, and strong cash flow. In 2023, the company improved its product portfolio and expanded technology partnerships, achieving its goals and setting a strong foundation for 2024.
