2024 General Meeting of Foncière Volta
Paris, May 30, 2024. Foncière Volta, a real estate company listed on compartment C of Euronext in Paris, informs of the availability of preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting. This will be held on June 20, 2024 at 2 p.m.
The notice of meeting, including the agenda and resolutions, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on May 13, 2024.
The documents, under Article R.225-83 of the Commercial Code, are accessible to shareholders from the time the meeting is convened, in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force.
