2024 Learning in Practice Awards Finalists Announced
Chief Learning Officer has released the shortlist of finalists for the 2024 Learning in Practice Awards. These awards honor professionals excelling in employee development through leadership and strategic alignment.
The awards, presented annually, are divided into Practitioner Awards and Provider Awards. Practitioner Awards commend CLOs and senior leaders for their contributions, while Provider Awards recognize service providers and consultants for client work.
This year’s judging panel includes senior practitioners, experts in learning and development, Chief Learning Officer editors, and past winners. Each nomination undergoes multiple reviews, with winners determined by averaging the judges' scores.
The final rankings will be announced at the 2024 Learning in Practice Awards Ceremony on October 22, 2024, during the Chief Learning Officer Symposium in Tucson. Finalists will receive gold, silver, or bronze awards in their categories, and the CLO of the Year will be named.
