2CRSi SA: Monthly Report on Share Capital as of November 30, 2024

2CRSi SA has published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. As of November 30, 2024, the total number of shares stands at 22,306,095. The number of theoretical voting rights stands at 30,885,877, while the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 30,857,704. This difference results from shares deprived of voting rights, in particular due to treasury holdings.
