A consortium chosen by Atos for its rescue plan
Atos announced today that it had selected the consortium made up of Econocom, OnePoint and Butler Industries for its rescue plan. The Econocom group, headed by Jean-Louis Bouchard, will join forces with David Layani's company, OnePoint, as well as Butler Industries.
Each member of the consortium will obtain a share of the capital of Atos, details which will be communicated after the conclusion of the final agreement. This decision will allow Econocom to strengthen its joint activities with Atos, particularly in the supply of equipment and outsourcing of the Workplace.
Jean-Louis Bouchard praised his partners for this first accomplished step and expressed his confidence for the continuation of the project, aimed at guaranteeing the sustainability of Atos.
