A2Z Smart Technologies Corp. Announces Executive Leadership Changes to Propel Global Growth

A2Z Smart Technologies Corp., a pioneering company in innovative technology solutions, has declared the appointment of Mr. Gadi Graus as the new Chief Executive Officer. Concurrently, Mr. Reeves Ambrecht joins the Board of Directors, expanding its size from five to six members. These announcements were made public on April 18, 2024.

Gadi Graus, previously President and Director of A2Z, as well as Director of its subsidiary Cust2Mate, will now hold CEO positions at both A2Z and Cust2Mate. He succeeds former CEO of Cust2Mate, Guy Mordoch, and Bentsur Joseph at A2Z, who will continue as the company's Chairman. Mr. Joseph expressed confidence in Mr. Graus, highlighting his extensive business acumen and his vital role in developing A2Z's corporate strategies and expansion efforts.

Reeves Ambrecht, the newly appointed director, is recognized for his financial expertise acquired over two decades, particularly in capital markets advisory roles. His career spans positions such as Managing Partner at RDA Enterprises, LLC and Managing Director at Stillwater Asset Management, contributing deep insights into financial strategies.
