ABOUT YOU Holding SE Posts Improved EBITDA and Cash Flow for Q1

Hamburg | July 10, 2024 – ABOUT YOU Holding SE, a prominent European e-commerce company, marked its tenth anniversary by reporting improved financial results for Q1 2024/2025. Adjusted EBITDA increased to EUR 15.0 million, raising the margin to 2.9%, with a 2.2% revenue growth to EUR 518.3 million.

The company saw a positive free cash flow of EUR 46.0 million, thanks to better EBITDA and lower inventory levels. Average order value rose by 6.7% to EUR 58.5, while gross margin improved to 43.2% from last year's 39.5% due to optimized inventory management.

ABOUT YOU continued to invest strategically, evidenced by their successful tenth-anniversary campaign. The Management Board has affirmed the guidance for FY 2024/2025, expecting revenue growth between 1% and 10% and an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 10-30 million.
