Aconnic AG Secures €11 Million Contract for Mexican Infrastructure Expansion

aconnic AG, a Munich-based technology and network equipment provider, announced a significant contract in Mexico valued at €11 million. The agreement involves the delivery and installation of gigabit systems to expand Mexico's communication infrastructure. This includes 1 gigabit, 10 gigabit, and, for the first time, 100 gigabit systems. These systems support fiber optic infrastructure and 5G mobile networks aimed at enhancing digital connectivity for businesses.

Active in Mexico since 2017, aconnic has progressively expanded its operations, achieving a sales growth of approximately 10% in 2024. The company uses its MetroIntegrator network management system to oversee and manage networks efficiently.

CEO Werner Neubauer stated that this order underscores aconnic's strategy of close customer collaboration worldwide, with a fulfillment target set for Q3 2025. If successful, the company foresees additional growth potential in 2025.
