ACTIA Group 2024 Half-Year Results: Slight Drop in Turnover but Improvement in EBITDA

ACTIA Group has published its half-year results for the first half of 2024, posting consolidated revenue of €279.5 million, down 3.2%. However, EBITDA increased by 70.0% to €35.2 million, with a Free Cash Flow of €21.8 million.

The new segmentation into four divisions (Mobility, Aerospace, Energy, Engineering Services) reflects ACTIA's areas of expertise. Although the Mobility division recorded a decline in sales, other segments such as Bus & Coach and Rail showed respective growth of 13.2% and 9.1%.

Cost-cutting efforts and the sale of a software solution contributed to the improvement in results. Net debt decreased by EUR 11.0 million, reaching EUR 176.9 million at the end of the half-year.
