ACTIA Group: Voting Rights as of August 31, 2024
ACTIA Group has published information on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of August 31, 2024. The company, whose share capital amounts to 15,074,955.75 euros, has 20,099,941 shares.
The total gross number of voting rights is 32,354,959, while the total net number of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 32,338,981.
The company's articles of association, adopted at the General Meeting of December 2, 2022, stipulate that any person reaching certain holding thresholds, including 1% and its multiples up to 5%, as well as other thresholds, must inform the company within five trading days by registered letter.
These statutes have been in force since the transfer of ACTIA Group shares to Euronext Growth, an operation effective since February 2, 2023.
