ACTIA Group: Voting rights as of September 30, 2024

ACTIA Group, a public limited company based in Toulouse, has published its total number of voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2024 in accordance with Articles 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority and L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code.

The share capital of ACTIA Group is composed of 20,099,941 shares. The gross total of voting rights amounts to 32,354,944, while the net total, taking into account shares deprived of voting rights through treasury holdings, is 32,337,652.

The General Meeting of December 2, 2022 adopted articles of association stipulating that any person holding a fraction equal to 1% or a multiple of this fraction of the capital or voting rights must inform the company within five trading days. This obligation extends up to thresholds of 95% of the capital or voting rights.

These statutes have been in force since the transfer of ACTIA Group shares to Euronext Growth, effective since February 2, 2023.
