Adeunis estimated annual results as of March 31, 2024
Adeunis, specialist in IoT solutions for building management, has published its estimated annual results for the 2023/2024 financial year which ended on March 31, 2024. The turnover amounts to €4,793 thousand, in decrease compared to €5,454 thousand of the previous financial year. This decline is due to significant stocks accumulated by major customers last year.
The net result shows a loss of €1,880 thousand, compared to a loss of €623 thousand the previous year. This deterioration is explained in particular by an additional depreciation of stocks of €686 thousand. Shareholders' equity stood at €895,000, or €0.39 per share, compared to €2,775,000 a year earlier.
These estimates are currently being audited by the auditor. The final results will be published on July 29, 2024. In addition, the company WEBDYN plans to file a simplified public purchase offer for Adeunis shares in June 2024, subject to the approval of the AMF.
