Adler Group S.A. has released its consolidated financial statements and annual accounts for 2022 and 2023, both receiving unqualified audit opinions. The audits were performed by AVEGA Révision and three other firms, ensuring no restatements were needed.

Chairman Stefan Brendgen highlighted the importance of transparency and the quality of the reports. CEO Thierry Beaudemoulin expressed optimism for the sector's future, citing better financial conditions and a sound foundation for years to come.
