ADOCIA: Information on shares and voting rights as of July 31, 2024

The biopharmaceutical company ADOCIA has published information relating to the number of shares and voting rights as of July 31, 2024. As of this date, ADOCIA's share capital comprises 15,046,413 shares.

The number of theoretical, or "gross", voting rights amounts to 17,169,834. This figure includes all shares with voting rights, even those without them. The number of exercisable, or "net", voting rights is 17,156,697, after excluding the company's treasury shares.

ADOCIA confirms that no new shares were issued during the month of July under the PACEO financing line. This publication is made in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
