Advanced Blockchain AG Announces New Portfolio Valuation and Legal Measures
Advanced Blockchain AG has revised its portfolio valuation for its Top15 token holdings as of June 30, 2024. The new valuation indicates a cumulative value of approximately USD 30 million. This update follows an error discovered in the earlier valuation reported on February 21, 2024, which had significantly overstated the value of a single token.
The supervisory board is investigating the possibility of civil and criminal actions against former Management Board member Simon Telian and other related individuals. These investigations are focused on allegations of business secrets betrayal and misappropriation of company funds.
The recalibration of the portfolio valuation comes amidst ongoing reviews of the company's financial activities for the 2023 financial year and the first half of 2024.
