Aelis Farma successfully raises 4.5 million euros

Aelis Farma, a Bordeaux biopharmaceutical company, announced the success of its capital increase for an amount of 4.5 million euros. The operation, reserved for specific investors, allowed the issue of 448,824 new shares at a price of 10 euros each.

The net amount raised, approximately 4 million euros, will be used to develop drug candidates targeting metabolic disorders and brain disorders, as well as to cover the general needs of the company. The company's combined cash flow is expected to fund its operations through the fourth quarter of 2026.

The management of Aelis Farma, through Pier Vincenzo Piazza, welcomes the interest of investors and the success of this operation. The new shares will be tradable on Euronext Paris from August 2, 2024.
