AFYREN Shareholders Approve All Resolutions at 2024 General Meeting
Clermont-Ferrand/Lyon, June 21, 2024 – Greentech company AFYREN announced today that its shareholders approved all resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors at the Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting held on June 19, 2024.
A quorum was reached on the first call, with voting shareholders representing 78% of the company’s share capital and 83% of its voting rights. The shareholders endorsed resolutions including the renewal of Board members Stefan Borgas and Nicolas Sordet, and entities like Sofinnova Partners, AFY Partners, Valquest Partners, and Bpifrance.
