Toronto, ON / ACCESSWIRE / September 20, 2024 – AI/ML Innovations Inc. (CSE: AIML; OTCQB: AIMLF; FWB: 42FB) has received a management cease trade order (MCTO) from the British Columbia Securities Commission due to delays in filing its annual audited financial statements for the year ending April 30, 2024.
CEO Paul Duffy and Interim CFO Tim Daniels are unable to trade company securities until the documents are filed. The MCTO does not impact other shareholders' trading.
The delay also affects the filing of interim unaudited financial statements for the three-month period ending July 31, 2024. New deadlines are set for September 30, 2024, for annual documents and October 15, 2024, for interim filings.
The company is working closely with its auditor and will provide further updates bi-weekly. Failure to meet deadlines could result in further regulatory actions.
