Air Liquide Announces Increase in Share Capital

Paris, June 12, 2024 - Air Liquide has announced a significant increase in its share capital. This rise follows the exercise of stock options and the allocation of free shares to shareholders.

The Chief Executive Officer, by delegation of the Board of Directors, noted an issuance of 301,422 shares between January 1st and May 29, 2024. Each share has a par value of 5.50 euros. This issuance increased the capital from 2,881,393,779 euros to 2,883,051,600 euros.

The Board also decided to capitalize on the additional paid-in capital for free share allocation. This resulted in the creation of 52,419,120 new shares, with dividend rights as of January 1st, 2024, allocated on June 12, 2024, at a rate of one new share for ten existing shares. Another 1,492,853 new shares were allocated under Article 21 of the Articles of Association.

Following these changes, the new share capital of the company is 3,179,567,451.50 euros, divided into 578,103,173 fully paid-up shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each.
