Air Liquide initiates a share buyback program

L'Air Liquide, a company specializing in industrial gases, has launched a share buyback program. In accordance with the authorization of the Combined General Meeting of April 30, 2024, a contract with an investment service provider was signed on December 2, 2024. This contract covers the acquisition of 352,000 shares, or 0.07% of its share capital.

The unit price must not exceed 300 euros per share. The initial acquisition price was set at 157.28 euros per share, totaling 55,362,560 euros. An adjustment of this price is planned at the end of the buyback period. The acquired shares will be partly cancelled and partly used for performance plans.
