Airbus Discloses Share Buyback Transactions from January 3-10, 2025
Airbus SE has reported share buyback transactions conducted between January 3 and January 10, 2025. This activity is part of the second tranche of a previously announced buyback programme. This initiative supports future employee share ownership and equity-based compensation plans. The buyback follows a mandate from the April 2024 Annual General Meeting, which authorized repurchasing up to 10% of issued share capital.
During this period, a total of 215,747 shares were repurchased at a daily weighted average purchase price of EUR 158.2577. Detailed transaction data is accessible on the Airbus website. The buybacks occurred on the XPAR market with varying daily volumes and prices.
