All for One Group SE Reports Growth and Confirms Fiscal Year Guidance

All for One Group SE, a provider of SAP solutions and services, disclosed its H1 2023/24 results, showing a 5% increase in sales to EUR 256.6 million, with significant growth in operating results. The company also confirmed its guidance for the 2023/24 fiscal year. Strong order inflow and successful RISE commissions contributed to these positive outcomes. Additionally, recurring revenues, which now make up 55% of total sales, increased by 8%, signaling a consistent demand for their services.

The company emphasized its leadership in SAP cloud business and reported new customer acquisitions, including STADLER. Consulting services and conversions are seeing higher demand. In terms of financial results, EBIT before M&A effects grew by 34% to EUR 17.7 million, reflecting operational efficiencies and the benefits of strategic adjustments. Despite some areas showing restraint, All for One expects continued growth, supported by a robust internationalization strategy, particularly in its Regional Delivery Centers. The company remains optimistic about its position in the IT consulting and services market, projecting sales for the full fiscal year to reach up to EUR 525 million.
