Alliance Développement Capital SIIC: Notice of meeting

Alliance Développement Capital SIIC invites its shareholders to its Ordinary General Meeting on June 28, 2024. This will be held at 10 a.m. at the company's head office, located in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Belgium.

The agenda includes the presentation and approval of the annual and consolidated accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders will also examine the remuneration report and decide on the allocation of the results for the 2023 financial year, showing a loss of EUR 631,111.43.

Discharges will be offered to the directors and the auditor for their responsibilities during the past financial year. An annual fixed remuneration of 12,500 euros will be discussed for directors.

Shareholders will need to confirm their participation before June 22, 2024 to be able to vote. They can do this by post or electronic mail.
