ALSO Holding AG Reorganizes Group Management to Boost Sales and Growth

ALSO Holding AG has announced a strategic reorganization of its Group Management, specifically designed to enhance sales effectiveness and encourage further growth. The new structure positions five of its eight management team members to oversee direct customer interactions. This initiative aims to reinforce the company's market presence and drive efficiency within its sales operations across different regions.

Wolfgang Krainz, the CEO, will oversee Germany, Europe's most significant ICT market. Espen Zachariassen and Jorge Gállego have been appointed as Regional Managing Directors for North/East and South/West regions, respectively. Sales in the consumer sector will be managed by Tom Brunner, while Jan Bogdanovich will handle the commercial segment, including corporate reseller and SMB. These leaders are expected to synergize local sales with the manufacturers' sales programs.

Ingo Adolphs, now the Chief Technology Officer, will focus on the technical evolution of digital platforms and the execution of business intelligence and ERP systems across the group. Thomas Meyerhans is named Chief Operating Officer, managing Logistics, Legal, and Human Resources, while Andreas Kuhn continues as Chief Financial Officer. This redefined leadership is set to bolster ALSO's commitment to sustaining profitable growth, monitoring key metrics like EBITDA and ROCE.
