Altarea acquires Prejeance Industrial to strengthen its photovoltaic system
Altarea has finalized the acquisition of Prejeance Industrial from the Spanish group Repsol. This operation is part of the development strategy for photovoltaic installations in France.
Prejeance Industrial, founded in 2019, specializes in photovoltaic projects on small and medium-sized roofs, mainly for agricultural sheds. The team of 18 employees ensures the development, construction and management of solar projects.
In June 2024, Prejeance Industrial operates a 42 MWp park and develops an additional 400 MWp. The investment amount amounts to approximately 140 million euros.
