ALTAREA Announces Update Regarding Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares

ALTAREA recently published a press release detailing the evolution of the total number of shares and voting rights in its share capital. As of March 31, 2024, the company registered a total of 20,736,822 shares making up the share capital. The associated theoretical voting rights amount to 20,736,822, while the exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, amount to 20,618,573.

A capital increase was noted on April 2, 2024, resulting from the creation and issue of 64,670 new shares intended for beneficiaries of free share plans. After this transaction, the total number of shares increased to 20,801,492, with 20,801,492 theoretical voting rights and 20,728,211 exercisable voting rights.

It is important to note that ALTAREA's statutes include a clause relating to the obligation to declare threshold crossings. Any shareholder holding directly or indirectly more than 1% of the capital or voting rights must inform the company within 4 days of this crossing.
