ALTAREA: Information on Voting Rights and Shares in Share Capital

ALTAREA has communicated the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. In accordance with article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority and article L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code, the company holds 20,804,017 shares as of May 31, 2024.

The total number of theoretical voting rights also amounts to 20,804,017, while the number of exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, amounts to 20,798,260. The treasury shares are private voting rights according to article L.225-210 of the Commercial Code.

The company's statutes stipulate a declaration obligation for any crossing of the capital or voting rights holding threshold, from 1% or multiples of this threshold, under penalty of deprivation of voting rights.
