ALTAREA: Minutes of the Combined General Meeting of June 5, 2024
On June 5, 2024, the combined general meeting of shareholders of Altarea was held in Paris under the chairmanship of Mr. Alain Taravella. With a quorum of 86.67%, all resolutions were adopted.
The shareholders approved the accounts for the 2023 financial year and the distribution of a dividend of €8 per share, with an option to pay in new shares for 75% of the dividend. AltaGroupe and Crédit Agricole Assurances, representing 69% of the capital, opted for this option.
The remuneration of agents for 2023 was validated and a new policy for 2024 was approved. Management has decided to waive part of his remuneration for 2024.
The firms Mazars and Ernst & Young have been appointed auditors to certify the sustainability information. The Supervisory Board has been adjusted, with the arrival of new members and the reduction of the duration of mandates.
