Altarea proposes a dividend of 8 euros per share for 2023
On May 23, 2024, Altarea announced the crucial dates for the 2023 dividend proposed at the Combined General Meeting of June 5, 2024. The dividend amounts to eight euros per share.
Shareholders will be able to choose to receive payment in full in cash or 25% in cash and 75% in Altarea shares. The last trading session to acquire securities giving right to the dividend is scheduled for June 10, 2024, and the detachment of the dividend will take place on June 11, 2024.
The start of the option period for payment in shares will begin on June 13, 2024 and end on June 25, 2024. The payment of the dividend, whether in cash or in shares, will take place on July 5, 2024.
