ALTAREA: Transactions on own securities in January 2025

The Altarea Group has published its monthly report on transactions carried out on its own shares for January 2025. Located in Paris, Altarea is a limited partnership with shares, with a capital of 334,590,817.10 euros. Its buyback program began on June 5, 2024.

In January, Altarea purchased 19,636 shares and sold 24,086. The treasury capital amounts to 5,257 shares, representing 0.03% of the total capital. There were no transfers or cancellations of shares this month. Furthermore, no transactions with persons holding more than 10% of the capital were carried out.

All transactions were carried out under a liquidity contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel Bank. No derivatives transactions were recorded during this period.
