Altareit: Information on Share Capital and Voting Rights

As of August 31, 2024, the share capital of Altareit consists of 1,750,487 shares. This corresponds to a theoretical total number of voting rights also of 1,750,487. However, after the deductions related to treasury shares and treasury shares, only 1,748,360 votes are exercisable.

Altareit applies strict rules regarding threshold crossing. Any change, up or down, of at least 1% of the capital or voting rights must be communicated to the company within four trading days. Failure to report will result in the voting rights associated with the excess shares being suspended for a period of up to two years.

These measures aim to ensure transparency of shareholdings and to guarantee fair operation of the general meeting of shareholders.
