ALTAREIT: Information on Voting Rights and Shares as of June 30, 2024

The company ALTAREIT has communicated information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital, in accordance with article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority and article L.233 -8 II of the Commercial Code.

As of June 30, 2024, the total number of shares making up the share capital of ALTAREIT is 1,750,487. The total number of theoretical voting rights is also 1,750,487, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 1,748,366.

The ALTAREIT statutes include a clause under article 12 on the declaration of crossing the threshold. This clause requires notification of any crossing, upwards or downwards, of additional thresholds of one percent of the capital or voting rights to the company within four trading days.

Securities not declared correctly are deprived of the right to vote for any meeting of shareholders until the notification is regularized. This condition applies if one or more shareholders representing at least one percent of the capital request it.
