ALTAREIT publishes details of its voting rights and share capital

ALTAREIT revealed in a recent press release the total number of its shares and voting rights as of February 29, 2024, in accordance with the rules of the Financial Markets Authority and the Commercial Code. The total number of shares making up the share capital amounts to 1,750,487, with corresponding theoretical voting rights. The exercisable voting rights, after adjustment for the treasury shares held by the company, are 1,748,343.

The document also mentions a specific clause in the company's statutes requiring a declaration of crossing an additional threshold to legal obligations. This obligation applies to any party reaching or leaving a participation threshold of 1%, up to 50% of the capital. Securities not declared in accordance with this clause are deprived of voting rights for two years after regularization of the notification, if required by the shareholders.
