ALTEN: Activity for the first half of 2024
ALTEN announced growth of 2.9% in its turnover in the first half of 2024, reaching 2,108.0 million euros, compared to 2,047.9 million euros in the first half of 2023.
Turnover in France increased by 5.7%, from 654.7 to 692.1 million euros. Internationally, growth was more moderate, with an increase of 1.6%, reaching 1,415.9 million euros.
Organic growth was limited to 0.9% due to contrasting performances in different regions. France and Southern Europe experienced positive growth, while Germany, Northern and Eastern Europe, and the United Kingdom held back expansion.
ALTEN has made two international acquisitions: a software development company in Vietnam/Japan and an IT services company in Poland. Finally, negotiations are underway for the acquisition of Worldgrid, specialized in Energy and Utilities solutions.
The company expects annual organic growth between 1.1 and 1.4%, with an operating margin between 8.7 and 8.9%.
