ALTEN Announces 2023 Dividend and Date for 2024 General Meeting
The Board of Directors of Alten SA, a prominent engineering and technology consulting firm, has officially scheduled the 2024 General Meeting for June 20, 2024. This announcement was made on April 25, 2024, from their headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt. The forthcoming meeting notice will be issued in the French legal gazette, BALO, and will be available on the company’s website.
In addition, the Board disclosed plans to propose a dividend of €1.50 per ordinary share at the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend payment, contingent upon AGM approval of the relevant financial resolutions, is set for distribution on June 26 with the ex-dividend date marked for June 24.
