ALTEN: Results and Outlook for the End of 2024

The ALTEN group has announced a 2.6% growth in its activity by the end of September 2024, reaching a turnover of 3,116.7 million euros. In France, activity increased by 5.8%, while international activity saw a modest increase of 1.2%. In terms of organic growth, the figure is 0.6%, despite declines in certain European countries such as Germany and the United Kingdom.

In the third quarter, growth was limited to 2%, reflecting a general slowdown, with the exception of the Defense, Security and Nuclear sectors. Savings in Civil Aeronautics and Automotive also impacted growth.

For the whole of 2024, ALTEN anticipates a contraction in its activity of between -0.4% and -0.7%, due to an unfavorable macroeconomic situation and the budgetary constraints of its customers.
