Alzchem Group AG Set to Join the SDAX on October 2, 2024
Alzchem Group AG, a leading specialty chemicals supplier, will join the SDAX index starting October 2, 2024. This milestone places Alzchem among the 160 largest and most liquid listed companies in Germany based on market capitalization of its free float.
According to Andreas Niedermaier, CEO of Alzchem Group AG, this inclusion is a testament to the company's consistent positive business development and growth strategy. Niedermaier emphasized that this achievement will boost interest in their shares and enhance their capital market presence.
The company employs around 1,690 people across four production sites in Germany and one plant in Sweden, with additional sales companies in the USA, China, and England. In 2023, Alzchem reported Group sales of EUR 540.6 million and an EBITDA of EUR 81.4 million.
