Amdocs Integrates Amazon Bedrock into amAIz Platform to Enhance AI Capabilities

Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) has announced the incorporation of Amazon Web Services (AWS) Generative AI services into its TelcoGPT platform, amAIz. This integration will enable Amdocs customers to leverage generative AI for improved network operations, billing communications, and customer experiences.

As communication service providers (CSPs) face increased costs and complex service introductions, the updated amAIz platform simplifies AI adoption. Customers benefit from enhanced network efficiency and faster cloud migrations. Through Amazon Bedrock, CSPs gain access to high-performing foundation models and tools needed for AI application scaling.

This integration equips CSPs with advanced capabilities such as better bill presentations and streamlined network operations. A key feature is root cause analysis and capacity enhancement recommendations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
