Amrize Files Form 10 for Spin-off

Holcim Group Services Ltd has announced the filing of a Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. SEC, marking a significant step for the spin-off of its North American business, Amrize. Positioned to become a leading building solutions provider in North America, Amrize aims to complete the spin-off by mid-2025.

In 2024, Amrize reported revenues of $11.7 billion and an Adjusted EBITDA of $3.2 billion. The company's strategy focuses on expanding its market presence across infrastructure, commercial, and residential sectors. An Investor Day is scheduled for March 25, 2025, in New York City.

The Form 10 details Amrize's operations and financials, prepared under U.S. GAAP. This undertaking aligns with Holcim's strategy to enhance shareholder value and establish a focused market approach.
