Amundi Asset Management Announces ETF Mergers
Amundi Asset Management has released important information regarding the merger of several ETFs within its Amundi Funds. The merger will take place on July 9, 2024.
Notices to shareholders are available on the Amundi website for further details. The absorbed ETFs will merge into receiving ETFs with new tickers effective on the merger date. Tickers in green indicate new tickers, while red indicates discontinued ones.
The characteristics of the receiving ETFs will remain the same after the effective date. Detailed information can also be found in the attached Excel file.
The absorbed ETFs will stop trading on July 8, 2024. The new tickers will be listed and activated the following day, making the merged ETFs the only active entities. Key dates include the last trading day for absorbed ETFs on July 8, 2024, and the merger effective date on July 9, 2024.
