Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC (GLDA). The issuance involves 770,000 ETC Securities, marking Tranche 557 of this series. These securities are part of the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.

The final terms document, dated May 24, 2024, must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated May 20, 2019, and its supplements, along with the current base prospectus dated May 3, 2024. The total metal entitlement for the new tranche is 0.03971961 fine troy ounces per security as of the subscription trade date.

A number of authorized participants are involved, including HSBC Bank plc and Jane Street Financial Limited. The ETC Securities will be listed on several major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio is set at 0.12% per annum.
