Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Issuance of 10,000 ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued final terms for the release of 10,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance is classified as Tranche 550 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series.

The ETC Securities provide exposure to physical gold, with the initial metal entitlement set at 0.04 fine troy ounces as of the series issue date. The current metal entitlement stands at 0.0397217 fine troy ounces.

These securities were approved for issuance on April 25, 2019, and are scheduled to mature on May 23, 2118. They will be traded across multiple stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.

The total expense ratio for these securities is set at 0.12% per annum. The nominal amount stands at USD 5.085, which is 10% of the issue price as at the series issue date, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
