Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Issuance of New Tranche for Physical Gold ETC

Amundi Physical Metals plc (GLDA) has detailed the issuance of 465,000 ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC, marking Tranche 538. These securities are issued as part of the company’s ongoing Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance is set to follow the contractual terms outlined in the Final Terms dated 20 March 2024. These terms operate under regulations established by the UK Prospectus Regulation and are designed in accordance with Article 8.4 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.

Each ETC Security, notably part of a series issued since 23 May 2019, has an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces. The aggregate number of ETC Securities of the series, following this recent tranche, stands at 52,594,655.00. Notably, Tranche 538 has an issue date of 22 March 2024 and is designed to mature on 23 May 2118. This issuance also specifies a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum, indicating the costs associated with managing the securities.

The transaction parties for this offer include several notable financial institutions acting as authorized participants, including HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and Merrill Lynch International, among others. In terms of listing and trading, applications have been made for the ETC Securities to be admitted to major stock exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange, to name a few.
