Amundi Physical Metals Plc Announces Issue of New Tranche of ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has disclosed the issuance of its latest tranche of ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Named as Tranche 538 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, a total of 465,000 ETC Securities will be added, with this installment set for an Issue Date of March 22, 2024. This addition brings the aggregate number of ETC Securities in the series to 52,594,655.00.

The securities, linked to the price of gold, aim to provide investors exposure to the precious metal's price movements. Initially, each ETC security possessed a Metal Entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces as of the Series Issue Date on May 23, 2019. With the addition of this new tranche, the Metal Entitlement adjusts slightly to 0.0397281. These terms and figures are specified under the Final Terms dated March 20, 2024.

Applications have been made to list these securities on several prominent exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, the Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. The Issuer also considers the possibility of additional listings to broaden market accessibility.

Amundi Physical Metals plc has clearly outlined the procedure and financial terms associated with these ETC Securities, setting a Scheduled Maturity Date far into the future, on May 23, 2118. This extensive span underlines the long-term investment horizon intended for these securities.
