Amundi Physical Metals Plc: Final Terms

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has issued final terms for a tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold Exchange-Traded Commodities (ETC). On July 24, 2024, 42,000 ETC securities were issued as Tranche 581 under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.

These securities follow the conditions set forth in the Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, and its subsequent amendments. The aggregate number after this issue stands at 51,228,155 ETC securities. Each security's metal entitlement at the subscription trade date is approximately 0.0397 fine troy ounces.

Applications have been made for listing on exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. The maturity for these securities is scheduled for May 23, 2118.
