Amundi Physical Metals plc Releases Annual Report and Supplemental Base Prospectus

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the release of its annual report and the first Supplemental Base Prospectus for its debt securities series, Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The annual report covers the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, and was made public on July 25, 2024.

Additionally, the first Supplemental to the Base Prospectus, approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on May 3, 2024, was released on July 26, 2024. This Supplemental provides updates under the UK Prospectus Regulation.

The annual report, Base Prospectus, and its Supplemental are available on the Amundi ETF website. Physical copies can be obtained from the issuer's registered office in Dublin.
