Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms
On June 11, 2024, Amundi Physical Metals plc outlined the final terms for the issuance of 565,000 ETC Securities under their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This marks Tranche 564 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series.
The ETC Securities are issued under the existing Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, and supplemented by documents dated March 4, 2020. The new issuance will be fully integrated with the Base Prospectus dated May 3, 2024.
The initial metal entitlement is 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusted to 0.03971726 ounces as of the subscription trade date. The securities will mature on May 23, 2118.
Applications for trading have been made on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, London Stock Exchange, and Borsa Italiana.
